I provide pet sitting services throughout the Greater St. Louis area, including Clayton, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, University City, Brentwood, Richmond Heights, and Maplewood. For locations outside these areas, please contact me to discuss availability.
What happens during the free initial consultation?
During our 30-minute consultation, I'll meet you and your pets in your home to discuss their routines, dietary needs, and any special requirements. We'll review services, pricing, and scheduling options, and I'll answer any questions you have. This helps ensure everyone feels comfortable and creates a customized care plan for your pets.
What's included in your daily photo updates?
Each visit includes 3-4 photos or short videos of your pet, along with a detailed report of their activities, meals, medications given, and general mood. I use a secure pet-sitting app that provides real-time updates, including GPS-tracked walk routes for dogs. You'll know exactly when I arrive and leave, giving you complete peace of mind.
What happens in case of a pet emergency?
I maintain detailed emergency protocols for each client. This includes your preferred veterinarian's contact information, your pet's medical history, and your emergency contacts. If an urgent situation arises, I'll immediately contact your designated vet, transport your pet if necessary, and keep you informed every step of the way. I'm also certified in pet first aid and CPR.
Do you require advance booking for services?
While I try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible, I recommend booking at least a week in advance for regular visits and 2-3 weeks ahead for holiday periods or extended stays. Regular clients can access priority booking for peak times. A 50% deposit is required for bookings longer than five days.
